I help organizations address workplace well-being, burnout, resilience, and psychological health using approaches grounded in scientific research and cognitive-behavioral science.
My workshops, webinars, training programs, and speaking engagements are designed to translate psychological research into practical strategies that leaders, managers, and employees can apply in their everyday work.
I spent six years conducting behavioral research at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) in Rome. Having lived and worked internationally for several years, I regularly work with both Polish and international clients. Workshops, webinars, and speaking engagements are available in both Polish and English.

Why Work With Me?
My work combines three perspectives that are rarely found together: scientific research, clinical expertise, and practical training experience.
A substantial part of my work involves supporting professionals, managers, and senior leaders through international employee wellbeing programs. This has provided me with direct experience of issues such as burnout, chronic stress, perfectionism, decision fatigue, leadership pressures, work-life boundaries, and the psychological impact of organizational change.
As a result, my workshops combine scientific evidence with a practical understanding of the realities faced by today’s professionals and organizations.
I hold a PhD in Psychology and am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) by both the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (PTTPB) and the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT). I was also the first female therapist in Poland to receive the Beck Institute CBT Certified Clinician credential.
My professional background spans clinical practice, scientific research, university teaching, coaching, and corporate training. Over the past two decades, I have worked in academic, healthcare, and international research environments, including six years at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) in Rome. I have taught psychology at the university level and supervised student learning and research.
I am committed to evidence-based practice and regularly participate in professional training and supervision. My goal is to help individuals and organizations apply psychological science in ways that are practical, effective, and sustainable.
